MARKETING PLAN – EXTRA SERVICES

 

In the process of transformation from traditional to more developed and systematic business model there are a few alterations required :

(a) Extra delivery services to wider areas via company van to larger hotels, restaurant and luxurious tourist resorts and residential areas where service charge applied

(b) Systematic account development like computerization and coding for cashier and debtors especially from larger business lot with special precaution in the confidentiality and accessibilities

(c) Publicity of larger volume compared to previous, extended to Tanjung Tokong and Batu Ferringhi areas in the state of Penang, Malaysia

(d) Extra store beyond working hour at night and morning market, selling dry products

(e) Extra staffs typically handle clerical and accounting work, set-up in specialized main offices

 

 

 

 

 

MODIFICATION IN THE SHOPLOT

 

There are some improvement required – via modification of the setting of the shop lot to meet the  legal and convenience requirement where the security video could cover the location of high value commodity, especially in cigarette (commodity no. 9) and sundry basic necessity (commodity no. 5).  Additional office rooms with air-conditioned broadband internet system with phone, fax and mobile phone facilities are available.  Besides sundry shop lot, one guest room with toilet, bathroom, laundry and entertainment facilities will serve as guest hall for the executive of the company.  Tentative design of the modern Guan Joo Seng is as below :
