INTRODUCTION
GJS Intellectual Company Australia is an intellectual business company that conduct various consultancy business in technological solution of chemistry and industrial engineering, consultancy in scientific research projects and agency for social community services. Certain procedures required to be followed for proper operations of the company.
OBJECTIVES
1. Providing outline of the company to new management, staffs, partners and visitors
2. Providing quality products and services to customers and clients

OPENING HOUR
The company opened from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM everyday except public and emergency holidays
CLOSING NOTICE
The company closed in New Year for two (2) days and seven (7) emergency holidays per year.
RESTING TIME
Available for one hour per day while opening
HIRARCHY OF THE COMPANY
The basic structure of the company will consist of manager (1), supervisor (2) and general worker (3). Partners of the company will include external salespersons and partners.
BASIC TASKS AND OPERATIONS
1. Opening and closing of consultancy
- Workers have to be punctual to the flexible office lot 30 minutes before the opening time to arrange documents and equipment in necessary conditions
- Notice should be given, if absent, before the opening of business under emergency leave or absent with medical certificate
2. Setting and arrangement of items, cleaning for service and exhibition
- All exhibited items whether for service and exhibitive decorations should be placed safely and in proper conditions, ensure safety and cleanliness
- All products and services have to be classified and priced according to standard or publicized
3. Cleaning and maintenance of hardware
- The business areas and service site should always be cleaned and maintained, free of rubbish.
- All communication instruments like calculators, computers, telephone, fax machine, mobile phones etc should be ensures to function properly
4. Customer servicing and serving
- Attitudes should be polite while dealing with existing and new customers, salespersons, contractors, technicians, engineers etc
- Special negotiations on extra services and disputes of business, pricing, contracts etc should be referred to the management especially in various technical solutions
5. Account management and documentation
- All receipts and invoices of sales should be filled accordingly with contractual business document
- Monthly and daily business operation account should be available and attached to the business plan, ensuring no accidental losses and could reach the profit margin at least 20% of the initial investment
6. Bill payment
- All bills like electricity, water, mobile, phone, rental etc have to be settled before the stated due date and filed properly upon payment
- The personal bills for services and items should be handled separately from the business bills while claiming from business account, and ensure claiming receipt for any payment
7. Security and safety
- All potential fire, theft and gangsterism cases should be reported to the management and local authority for immediate actions and rectifications
- All staffs and clients should be avoided from any illegal activities or disciplinary actions could be applied including sacking, removal or deduction of salary wherever applicable
8. Professional development
- Staffs will be paid by the company to attend accredited engineering courses language classes, computer lessons, business and technical operation including car driving and technical instrumentation operations under requirement
- The trained staffs will be bound by the company for a fixed period upon completion of certain portion of training to contribute on return to job
9. Internal discipline
- All staffs have to behave professionally according to etiquette – be polite, punctual and dedicative
- Promotion like cash and holiday awards will be given to high performer whereas punishment like reduction of salary or termination of job contract applied for those who failed in completing the tasks or performed poorly
10. Promotion and publicity
- Promotion of the products and services of the company will be conducted every month to boost the contractual services
- Forms of recommended promotion methods are via mass media like newspaper, internet, radio and other traditional methods like postcards, brochures, T-shirts, brochures etc
